have you ever looked into any of the adhesives they use in autobody. 3m, lord fusor, evercoat and valvoline all make really good products. probly the best would be the evercoat since that one dont take a special gun, just a typical calking gun is all you need.

I would think that the heat from the exhaust coming out of the dumps would rise and heat the tank. MisterCMK;1286328 wrote: Yes, the under hood heat is pretty warm. However, your fuel tank is not under the hood. The fuel lines may get hot, but the fuel moves through them quit quickly. Gasoline boils anywhere from 100 to 400 degrees Fahrenheit depending on the additives and whatnot. I am not sure what the actual temp of the exhaust gasses are once they reach the dumps but it would seem to me that it is more than enough to boil the fuel that is sitting in the tank. wtf

Yea, those have been around for quite awhile but i haven't been able to find many ppl running them for reviews. I debated trying one but decided not to at this point, i will probably try one at a later point on a beater car.

heres how you time a d16a6 if you are drifter extreme Stop smelling your own farts line the tdc mark( this is the only mark all alone on the pulley) on the crank pulley to the plastic protrution on the timing bet cover. The oclock measurements are for the cam gear, dick, there's no point of reference on the crank pulley. line the side marks on the cam gear so they are level with the head/block, NOT the ground, car, fender, w/e... zero the dizzy (that means center) install timing belt or slip it back on w/e start car and with the use of a trusty timing light turn the dizzy till the flashy light hits the center mark out of the 3 marks off on there own. realize your timing is retarded 18 degrees because you are a know it all twat. search honda-tech and find out the cam timing is different on a d16a6 and there is a possibility you might not have known something about hondas. call your mom cry go back and find the line on the cam pulley at 7 fucking oclock, line that up with the arrow on the protrusion of the timing cover directly below the cam gear, not the one you used to put the crank at tdc. repeat steps four through 6 with a little more goddamn humility. hope nobody saw you fuck up start smelling your own farts again j/k, but not really, douche see here under 'cam-timing mis-information': http://www.cadvision.com/blanchas/54pontiac/honda.html

I can possibly do it. Post pic. I have some equipment that works good on that. Would depend on what you want done, and by when. A pressure washer with hot water is going to do more then simple green/purple power. Carb Cleaner>Brake Cleaner any day of the week when it comes to stuff like that.

gotta wait till the system is in its going to motherfucking slam. yeah yeah, its like 70lbs more weight, but I gotta have my tunage. im just waiting for the amp and power cable. also my header sprung a leak, probably due to ground clearance issues and kinda thin welds. new one on the way tho.

so get ahold of this guy and buy his car, lol -- we need more FBs in town. I think he's planning on selling the turbo setup, taking it back to stock, and selling the car that way if nobody wants it turbo'd. funding another project, IIRC an early gsl-se.
