Look at this monster!! 139mm blower. supposedly this will make close to 3000hp, that is insane. The black Trans Am they are putting it in used to run a 123mm F3A procharger, this is a F3R, the biggest one they make.
With the 123mm, stock suspension, and drag radials. 3420lbs raceweight

They are looking to get into the 4.20s@160 this year with a major diet down to around 3000 even and another 300-400hp or so.

    Got belt slip?

I can't even imagine driving that.

they'll run a gear or chain drive as long as class rules allow. Those blowers take over 200 HP to drive under full tilt boogey.

LOL yeah, even though Eaton now makes a Eaton four lobe Roots type supercharger that has like 75% efficiency.

Ill put money it falls out of that peak efficiency in a hurry...... alot harder to get a heat exchanger on a eaton still vs a turbo.....

interesting none the less, i am just severely biased 🙂

I guess only time will tell. Its the supercharger they're putting on the new zr1 vette so i'd guess its pretty reliable.

Probably cause a turbo vette would never happen from the factory. The supercharger setups they probably cost less then a turbo would for a vette.
