    just got done making my custom vmount

    hear are some pics of it as i did it

    the only thing that is left is to do some wiring and find coolant hoses

              looks good, i can't wait to see the finished product.

              is there going to be a mount in the front of the intercooler, to lessen the weight on those tabs?

                There is a mount welded to his radiator support. It is welded inside the hood latch so u can not see it in the pics and it is mounted to the top intercooler mount... It is mounted solid. Now all we need is intercooler piping and a few other random stuff...

                    yeah the hardest thing now is trying find coolant hoses that will work

                    but i am going to try the flexable one but i thing it will be to tight fit with the intercooler piping

                      just make them with aluminum tubing or stainless if you don't have access to a tig welder.

                      and then go get couplers to connect the new hard pipes to the motor and radiator....

                            Don't forget the ducting on the sides to keep the air forced in, and the ducting to evacuate the air after passing through both units. 😉

                              yeah i know i am getting some aluminum from my work so the air that comes in the front bumper goes to the vmount and then goes out the hood vent right away

                              and then making it so the air that goes under the car goes and helps cools the motor
