That's what I thought.

My main use is going to be texting / Internet / Email and the obvious calling people. Camera is nice as well but most of that so Im not worried.

So basically anything will work.. I just want some feedback and some good phones. Durability, Usuability, etc.

If you want Durability... Motorola FTW.

My Q got ran over by a mercedes S500 going 55mph and still worked perfectly. It got great signal too...

Either. As long as I can get emails, text, go on the internet, and call people. i dont care lol.

My 700wx has taken a beating and there are hardly any scratches on it. It's been through hell, including getting wet, thrown, etc. I won't go without WM for awhile, too many advantages. I can sell you my used phone so I can buy a new one haha

700's should be dirty cheap on ebay, in the $50-100 range new.

EDIT: nm....read the rest of the thread. You don't HAVE to have Blackberry Enterprise Server. You can send/receive emails just fine w/o it as well as sync to Outlook/facebook/whatever for calendars/tasks/etc... Just have to plug in to do so (or do it via bluetooth)

No.. It's not verizon that does it.. it's the way a blackberry is designed.

In order for an email server to be able to sync your emails to the blackberry unit, a Blackberry Enterprise Server is required.

Look at the pricing.. it is so unrealistic.

Now... Email providers such as gmail, hotmail, yahoo, etc.. Have this service available for you but if your company runs their own Email server, you have to have this product in order for blackberry's to sync.

In my case... FAIL. I'm not wasting my time, money, or breathe on trash like that.

edit... saw your edit. yea. you can do it that way.. but that defeats the purpose if ur at ur PC anyway. in my case.. i need it to be sync'd while im out and about as i work remotely.
