    There is not very much information out about k20 turbo's since they are such a new engine. I know that Gredy makes a kit for the k20.

            the Si k20 is the same as the stock rsx i believe too

              My original impression was that the K24A was in base, and the high revving VTEC K20 was in type S. Like in Preludes. But I guess both base and type S have a different version of the same engine, K20x.

                the k20 is in the regular RSX and has 160 hp
                and the k24 is in the Type S and has 200 hp
                from what i have heard and seen i must be wrong.

                      why would he swap from a 200hp k20 to an H22?

                      doesnt the k20 have something different like i-VTEC...im not sure what exactly has changed but id like to see someone mess around with that motor a little bit and i bet youd get some good results...

                            well if u like k20 200hp over the h22 220hp. i guess i would take the h22 but thats a prelude motor who puts a h22 in a rsx i dont no there both great motors 😄

                                I-VTEC is very new, as in 2002 it was released when the 2002 HB Si came out. The k20 and the k24 are awsome engines and have tons of potential. ( Correct me if I'm wrong )

                                VTEC has been around since 88 in japan. H22 is a great engine but I'm pretty sure that no one makes mounts for a RSX H22 swap. And WHY WOULD THEY?

                                    I dont exactly know what year ken's dad's RSX-S is, but the 05's have 210 HP stock and the iVTEC. The iVTEC stands for intelligent VTEC. From Acura's website :

                                        210 horses now! sigh 05 why 05 why not 06. yeah the rsx im getting is the type s with 200 horses. its an 02. so you guys suggest i go with the original motor in it? i believe its k20 from what im understanding. Im not however very familiar with turbo and where the greatest gains will be. but from what i have learned, if i can get a v 6 in under the hood, i can have two turbos sequential therefore reducing turbo lag. While having one fat ass turbo would create a lot of lag. Am i correct in what im saying, cause i still dont know very much. thanks for the help.

                                          Oh boy, only type S makes that power. Plus there's plenty of people putting 300+ whp on stock bottom end rsxs and they run an even higher compression than a regular h22
