s2000 turbo
-
that's a nice car, what size turbo are you running on that?
-
how long till you have numbers of it with the turbo? if possible could you post a video of it when done too!!
-
wow that is really pimp. pm sent

just my opion, but i think turbocharging an s2000 isn't a good idea... unless the intent is to use it as a drag car. if i were to own an s2000, i'd probably consider a sc or just good i/h/e and raise the compression to 12:1. on another hand... it's all about the driving habits. if there won't be excessive handling needed, then the turbo would be my choice

BOOST IS FUCKING BOOST.
Don't matter if it's red, black, blue, or green. Vortech, Garret, Paxton, whatever, positive manifold pressure, is positive manifold pressure. And adding a turbo kit and gaining 100+ whp, compared to pulling the motor, putting in new pistons, intake, header, and exhaust, for 12+ whp isn't really worth it.

I was going to say 9 lbs from a sc should be the same as 9 lbs from a turbo.
(correct me if i am wrong) -
Well, sortof. The volume of air being moved @ 9 psi will vary the amount of hp being generated. For instance an s2k with a t25 @ 25 psi will make less power than an s2k with a t3/t67 @ 5 psi.

If flow numbers are similar then psi for psi should be close.

so anyways, very cool mods, bet it sounds badass..... vtec + turbo = wood

Shop is Excessive Autosports in Sioux Falls. We still haven't figured out who the bald guy is yet though.
