yea i figured i got the manifold for 100 bucks, and say it cost another 100 to get a wastegate flange welded to it, itll still be cheaper than paying 400 plus for a custom manifold. one day i will get a nice maniflold but right now this will work lol

yea, that works. be prepared for it to crack though. cast manifolds like to do that.

yea that is a problem but hopefully i will have a better manifold before that happens. im just kinda working on a tight budget right now because i want to get this thing running by summer and i still need to get a lot of things.

yeah cast is way more prone to cracking than a tubular SS setup....😕

yes where the WG flange is welded but otherwise...

cast iron only crack because it is 20 yrs old and has had hundreds and hundreds of heat cycles.

and SS crack because people can't weld for shit. haha

oh and i don't think a stock manifold will make alot of power, unless you have some way of making it flow, without being a huge restriction. and cuasing massive back pressure.?

it should be fine, and your right there is a guy that is using a 20 year old cast manifold and running 12's weekly during racing season. so im not really worried.

being fine, and working effeiciently are two totally different things.
