http://www.theinstallbay.com/product_individual.php?id=1120 something like that would work for you Tony. Car audio grade power supply. You've got my # give me a call or shoot me a PM and we'll discuss pricing.

Awesome input guys. I'm going to check on the thing from Chuck first, looks simple. We are wiring the bus in 110 around the outside walls with like ~3 boxes on each side. We have three amps to run right now, so 45 is the minimum I would try to run IMO. The panel would be nice tho.
We always run our TV's off the generator while tailgating and haven't had an issue as of yet.
Zac, get back for a game and we'll show you bachelor party V2 in the west lot.

It's called a power inverter. If you want to clean up the signal going in, use a 1:1 isolation transformer, and possibly capacitors after the power inverter... I was an electronics technician, and that's how it's done in industrial panels. I'd spec out the generator prior to ussuming the power is dirty.

I think you should post pics of your tailgate rig in the members ride section Tony...

12v power supply from chuck will do it. They are what are used to drive the 'boom rooms' at every audio shop on the planet.

Yeah, they went with a power supply from me. Must have done well, the forum quoted them as being the loudest tailgate rig there (paraphrasing a bit) saturday

Are you guys taking it to the Bison vs. Goofs game?Possibly. We aren't very confident we can make it as is...the motor/tranny is solid but it probably needs tires and who knows what else. Plus, the tailgating at that game is a joke...you have to be a donor or you can tailgate at the fairgrounds which requires you to shuttle there. We are staying like a block from the stadium, so we will see.

We just had generator issues so eventually the battery started crapping out but the PS worked most of the week while we were playing around with all of it.
