What did you do to your ride today?you get 3 years from purchase date or manufacture date? every battery I have ever bought from a store, they have marked the purchase date on the battery for warranty purposes. with that sticker, or etching it into the battery.

Help! Back up camera issues!got it figured out... damn scotchlocks!

Help! Back up camera issues!I bought a reverse camera for my truck on ebay after trying to install my clumsy big Clarion camera off my last car, I figured I would try the keyhole type. I got the camera mounted, hooked up the (+) to reverse lights,(-) to ground on the back of the hitch wiring plug on the camera side. For the reverse trigger wire on the H.U. Side, I tapped into the Black/Pink wire in the big bundle of wires behind the plastic kick panel under the hood release.
The camera came with a wiring diagram but it was in chinglish and I figured I wouldn't need it anyways so I threw it away. I know, bad idea ... Now that I have it all hooked up, I can't get an image to display on the H.U.(Pioneer AHV-P4300DVD). The screen isn't even displaying a blank picture when going into reverse and I cannot select the camera manually in the menu. I am wondering if anyone has any ideas on where to start trouble shooting. Also, can anyone Identify the red wires coming out of the yellow plugs at each end of the video cable? I made a diagram, forgive me, MS paint is all I have at work... I have a seperate trigger wire run independently from the video cable to eliminate any chance of electrical interference in the video signal. is this a built in trigger wire that is supposed to be running from the back of the cable to the front, so you only have to run one cord? That is the only thing I can think of. Any help would be much appreciated

choosing a travel trailergoing to be doing a mixture of both dry camping and hookups. mainly dry camping at brainerd, other than that, we will have hook ups. some sort of shower and toilet. cooking is not necessary as I usually try to grill everything. if its a pop up i'd like the ability to park motorcycle or 4 wheeler on top or pull it behind in a pup trailer.

choosing a travel trailerWhat are some must have's you guys have run into? looking for something 3000-3500 lbs. Going to be towing with 13 Pilot with 4500lb max cap. Will have trailer brake controller as well. I assume to get anything decently sized I am going to need to do a pop-up which is fine. Going to try to watch the paper/craigslist this fall and "steal" one. Any advice or leads on one would be awesome. Would like room to sleep 4-6 adults, and A/C

Anyone have a recommendation for motorcycle shop in Fargo?ravi;328156 wrote:
That's not a bad point. But I can find used ninjas around $3k, I was at Wheel Inc yesterday and new one is $4500 before fees.Just looking for a bike for in town while I'm still in school. Do you have a good shop in town? Or just go to the dealership?
I just got my bike end of may so I haven't had to bring it to anyone yet. I have heard Pure Performance is very reasonable for regular maintenance. The dealership is crazy expensive. My bike wa spriced at "8490" new and I bought it from a dealership for 6200 plus a 75 dollar documentantion fee from U Motors. Just call around and get prices from 4-5 dealerships and pin them against eachother. That's what everyone does to me at work. -
Anyone have a recommendation for motorcycle shop in Fargo?a 250? cmon man! 600 is a small enough frame for a short person if thats what you are worried about. You will be bored with a 250 very quick. Also, you might want to check out a brand new one. The used ones hold their resale value so well, it literally is only hundreds more to get a brand new one with 0 miles.
