I want to sell my 1987 300zx turbo coupe because I don't need it anymore. I have replaced it with a twin turbo 300zx. The car is in good condition inside and out, with minimal rust. The interior is in good condition with the exception of missing rear speaker covers and mis matched seats. The seats are burgundy while the rest of the car is brown/tan. The seats are still in great shape, they are just the wrong color. There are no cracks in the dash and all the digital gauges work. The center console is a little broken where the hinges for the flip top attach. The car runs great and the turbo spools just fine. The trans is a 5 speed manual and the clutch is good and it shifts smooth. The car is showing 116415, but the odometer was not working when I pulled it out of storage this spring. The trip odometer works just fine, so I dont know whats up with that. It has new tires all the way around, new rear shocks, a recent tune up and would make a fine daily driver. Last year it made several trips to and from fargo without any problems except for the alternator belt shredding itself on one of the trips, so it has all new belts as well! I am flexible on the price, and I am not really looking for any trades at the moment, unless you happen to have a k04 set up for an Audi 2.7t laying around. give me a call (any time after noon)or a text at 651 335 2797. I know one older person i dont know his number i know where he lives though he quoted to paint my car fix both rockers (rusted out) shave my door handles for 800.00 so he was reasonable. another place would have to be infinitive autobody they did shelly's eclipse she had all the body damage from hitting that deer. another place i heard was decent ET kreations.

I dunno, I think I'm just going to wait until I either hit my next promotion in January, or until I'm out of the service. The car is a good match for the budget that my rank allows, but it doens't fit my budget. I just need to back off, take a break and re-prioritize things. Chances are, I will be sending all the parts home to GA, and working on it there. I've got 3 friends that each have fastback shells for now, the highest being $600. I'll still be around, and if I sell anything, I'll let the local guys in on it first as usual.

What I am getting at is a company like alaniz (endyne, portflow, RLZ to name some others) has proven over and over again that their porting can not be beaten for gains and quality of work. I believe it something like $900-$1000. Not bashing your buddies work, but I'm taking a skeptics point of view and saying that he's not going to be able to beat an alaniz or endyne job.

Ive got 2 sets of 5 lug rims for sale, one set is 15 inch, 5 spokes look like FN01RC's except the spokes are like 3 times as thick. slight curb rash, dual 5 bolt pattern, crappy tires are FREE!, make offer on rims. other set came off of a MKIII supra. they are Prime 16" 5 spokes with shiny faces and painted black insides. look decent. not so much curb rash, but one is a lil dinged. could be repaired. Z rated 225 series tires, they are o.k. not great, not crap, but just o.k. make offer. 1990 pignose bright red bumper cover with styrofoam core. make offer set of 2 headlight assemblies worked when pulled. motors, gears, doors, everything, make offer various intercoolers from Volvo 740 intercoolers, 1 audi 200 intercooler, 1 Starion intercooler and a Ford Thunderbird supercoupe intercooler. $50 to $100 T3 turbo from a 280ZXT. some shaft play, but still usable. $75 J30 VLSD 5 bolt with halfshafts, came out of car w/, like 98K-ish $250. S14 distributor, $50 S14 front half manual driveshaft from 95 $75 S14 ECU 95, manual $50 thats all I can think of. PM me. thanks McAdam

I'm 17 and have had my liscense since last November and I am on car number 4. 1993 Cutlass Supereme, 1995 Regal GS, 1986 Mustang LX, 1988 Saab 900 Turbo. I haven't kept any just so you know.

The car is NOT a turbo. I bought the car with a blown engine (#1), I bought an engine off of Ebay and had it shipped during the winter to install in spring, THAT engine (#2) ended up being bad as well, low compression on the back rotor. I bought a running parts car specifically for the engine and installed that engine (#3) in the car last summer. I put it in, I am a competent mechanic, I have rebuilt engines, ported heads, done engine swaps (RB20DET into S13 hatch) and what not. It runs fine now, I just dont like it anymore, lol! I have decided to stick to my Z cars. anything else you would like to know, feel free to ask. McAdam
