700hp on a 64mm is attainable with reasonable egt's. but that would be done on a 64/71/14. not sure what this will be capable of since its the only one made. im testing it with the stand alone vgt controller for a shop in WA. the compressor wheel is a borg warner wheel. they took a stock he351ve which is a 60/60/vgt and had the housings machined for the bigger wheels which are 64/62. not usre if you are familiar with how diesels label turbos but they use the compressor inducer and the exhaust exducer and then the housing size in cm.

They do make larger vgt turbos, like off of the ISX. Although I am not sure if you can control them with the fleece controller or not, I dont see why it wouldnt work.
