        do either of you plan on making above 400 hp??? if not don't waste your time cuz it looks cool...

          W/o cams and a supporting turbo an intake of that nature will do you absolutely no good. Having the parts machined and built is the expensive part, not the welding.

          On a side note if your not willing to pay for it you probably dont need it. Buy one off Ebay then kick yourself when it doesn't make power.

            as far a s the set up it going on a car with a pte 57 trim, hks 272 cams, manely VS and retainers.. andi know the welding is the cheap part i just dont have the stuff to round out the holes..

                  i have a flange already..

                  wannabe- i would if i could find one! also its kinda nice when ppl ask "what brand is that?" and you can say i made that..

                    If someone other than you does the machining and someone else does the welding that doesn't mean you made it. It just means you paid for it to be made.

                      If i do get around to it i could do it all at work getting paid while im making it and buying only some of the aluminum so it will cost very little and my car is always a work in progress who knows where it will take me.
