Ok, here is the deal. I need to know how to install the following Guages into my civic.Air/Fuel
Oil Preasure
Water Temp
Volt meterI am picking them up used so i dont have directions.
the a/f is usually connected to the ecu. search on the internet
idk if the oil pressure guage is electrical or mecanical. if its electrical connect it to the oil pressure switch on the oil filter housing. if its mecanical, there is a threaded plug on your oil filter housing. Take that out and put a barbed fitting in there and connect a hose from that to the guage.
the water temp guage should come with a sensor. your car should have a stock water temp sensor. Take the stock one out and put the one in that comes with the guage, and run a wire from the sensor to the guage.
The volt meter is pretty easy. There are three wires coming out of the guage. one is ground the other two are constant power and switched power. idk which ones are which, but one goes to the battery one goes to a switched circuit that makes the guage shut off with the ignition.
I have all these guages in my car and I installed them myself, so if you need some more details let me know

air/fuel - why do you need a blinky light show?
oil pressue - good idea
water temp - stock isn't good enough?
volt meter - why?
not trying to tell you to avoid gauges completely... but there are some that just aren't necessary
He plans on putting a turbo in his civic, so the a/f might be worth it. Volt meter is just for looks. -
Ok, this is what i found out on ht.
Air/Fuel ---> Black wire: Any ground Red Wire: Thick red wire or thick black with yellow stripe on 3 prong conector for ignition Purple: Thick solid white wire on the middle conector of the ecu.
Oil Preasure ---> Tap into the existing harness and black and red are the same.
Water Temp ---> Tap into existing harness and black and red are the same
Volt ---> black wire: neg on battery, red to ignition.
