plus the price of install.......harwood your way over ur head on this one because....we all know you wont turbo your civic anyways because you change your mind every day and you dont even have the money......first your gonna make it a show car with a body kit....now ur making it a drag car.....then its a AUTOX/ daily driver.....soon its gonna be a go-cart.

ask any ricer, any real ricer...its not whats done to your car its about your plans

At first I did it for fun, then I realized I made the investment and had to do it!

I know i will need a new clutch. Ok, i need some power estimations. how much power for the Greddy Kit? how much power for the SLS Kit?

After Pricing shit out all the way SLS's kit is a much better idea than just peicing one together.

And my car is still going to get a body kit on it after i turbo it.

          304 Stainless Header
          Turbonetics T3/T4 T04E 5 bolt .50 .63 turbo(same turbo used in the Drag Kit)
          24"x12"x76mm Front Mount Inter Cooler
          38mm Tial Wastegate
          3" Downpipe
          Some Cheap BOV
          All Lines, Gaskets, Fittings, Ect.
          ------------------------------------------------------$850
          Greddy Type RS BOV----$175
          Walbro 255lph Pump----$95
          DSM 450cc Injectors----$50
          SX Fuel Preasure regulator----$130
          SLS MBC----$45
          SLS IC Piping and intake----$350
          AFC(used)----$150-175

And of course install and a clutch. No this isnt SSAutoChrome stuff. But i take it you guys have experience with them?

Anyways, I added it all up again and its about $1850-1900

Oh ya, and i take it an Intercooler is a must, at least thats how you guys make it sound. I am wondering because i found another kit that is basically the same setup, but it has all the piping but no IC, it just runs a pipe where the IC mounts.

Idk what kinda manifold, wastegate, FMIC, downpipe and turbo your gonna get for $850.

My kit put down 241whp and 202 trq on 9-10 psi. We never got to tune the car as the wideband was down. Based off how choppy the graph was it was pretty damn rich.

Before i had the AFC and 450's in it and was just running the lame ass FMU it ran 12.5@109. FMU was all i had laying around that day so we used it took it to the track and ran it as is. Should easily run low 12's.

                                  B series swap = overrated.

                                  D series w/turbo = very underrated.

I don't agree with this 100%, I agree that some b-series swaps are over rated, especially the b16 imo. But there are others that are good bang for your buck b18b, etc.

although I do agree with the single cam being under rated for a very long time. people are finally starting to realize their potential.

If you read, i am not going to get the $850 kit. sounds too cheap too me. I am picking up the $1400 one than buying the Fuel Preasure Reg, AFC, Possibly Intercooler, Injectors, Fuel Pump, MBC, Boost Guage. It will run me close to $2000. It has basically everything that comes in the Drag Kit. Same Exact turbo, wastegate is same brand, im gettin a Greddy Type-RS BOV with it too.
