soak it in a quality penetrating fluid like JB-80 or PB Blaster. then wrench on it, sometimes use a box end wrench and a cheater on the end of it to get really stubborn bolts out.
next step is heat. heat it up then try wrenching on it. but dont forgot ya heated it up. it hurts. haha

No. A soldering iron is for wires, not bolts.
Just go to the store and buy a propane torch. They are pretty cheap. Heating the bolt up along with a large breaker bar will remove it pretty easily.
