Got a lot done on this car picked up a 4.8 for now going to use part's out it when i build the new motor, picked a th-400 for cheap and it work's. Bought an aje racing k-member, picked up a used umi th-400 trans crossmember that had to get modifed to fit the car.
They do make larger vgt turbos, like off of the ISX. Although I am not sure if you can control them with the fleece controller or not, I dont see why it wouldnt work.

Cars dope. What's the mpg on that?
I got 26.4 doing 77 coming up to Fargo from the cities.

thing looks very nice when did they start putting in the 6mt?
The G sedan has been offered with a 6spd since 2003.

Beautiful upgrade Janik. The new Gs are leaps and bounds nicer than the previous gen as far as fit and finish goes. Love the unique color combo
Excited to see your future mods.
Thanks man. This car is quite a bit nicer than my 05 and it has every option package you could get. Headlights turn at night, laser cruise control etc.

The 'S' isn't a base model...im pretty sure.
Nope. It is the sport package.

Please tell me you drive around with cones in the back on a daily basis.
Most of us on EVAC do. Never know when we will get paged out. It sucks having to drive to the city lot, grab the trailer full of cones, and drive back to the scene. I have cones, trauma kit, radios, extra mag mount light bars, and radio chargers(mounted in the back of truck).
Thanks, it looks better in pictures, car needs to be wetsanded/buffed or respayed.(looks like they painted it with a roller.)

How's the ride with these? I might have to get someting stiffer than my current gr2's and H&R setup.
Welcome to the very unpopular local & modded legacy scene.
A little bouncy but they are about inch from full low, but they are actually very responsive. Haha I am aware of this, but the 2nd gens have grown on me.:icon_cheers:
No sense in revving the motor any higher (that was shifting around 5500) at least until I get it on a dyno and find out there is still power up there - otherwise I'm going to guess the blower is out of steam by that time.
I'm going to stick with dumping it and hoping it hooks. That first video it came out of the hole fine. I think it was somewhere just over 4000RPM I dumped the clutch at. The second pass I apparently dropped the revs waiting for the lights to drop because it bogged out of the hole.
Unfortunately I have a hard time seeing my tach through the steering wheel so I'm trying to hit everything by ear and I've hardly driven this car since I bought it.
As for getting more out of it..
Want to try leaving closer to 4500RPM and see how it 60s - although after last weekend at Sabin I'm not too positive I'll be able to get that to stick there. Who knows, maybe the ET Streets just weren't 'broken in' yet.
I think that the RS4 wheels are kind of played out on S4s. I want to do something a little more unique. R8 wheels would be cool but I'm not sure what they cost, haven't looked yet.
I was bored last night so I took a couple photos.

Looks good, cake-eater.
"A cake eater actually refers to Edina, MN, saying the people in it are so rich they can have their cake and eat it too. It could also refer to rich white suburban kids in general, too. And BTW- Mighty Ducks was filmed in Minnesota, so he's probably literally calling that kid a cake-eater from Edina.
"look at that f*cker driving his brand new BMW out of the school parking lot. what a cake eater""
Fuck you too
His correction factor has nothing to do w/ temp/humidity. The only purpose of the correction chart is to display roughly what it would put down on a Dynojet for those who do not understand the concept of the Dyno Dynamics and Mustang dynos.

Guess he wants to keep the white one for a project. Not 100% sure yet. But we got a red one that's in really good shape too. Think he'd be down to get rid of it. I'll ask wat goes with it and price.
tell him he needs to buy some of my stuff

most advanced technology equipped is an 8 track player
Del Sol
sounds like a lawnmower with a whistle in the exhaust
looks like a go cart
but is silly fast
depends on the exhaust.... a lot (boosted) actually sound like dump trucks while they are cruising...
