    ok and how then do i hook up my boost controler?

      it goes on the line between the intake manifold and wastegate to control the pressure that the wastegate sees.

          still dont get it i have the install guide from tial and it made it even harder to get

            The vacuum port on the top of it is hooked up to your boost controller, which in turn is hooked up to a source of boost/vacuum(Intake manifold, compressor housing, etc)...

            At first I did it for fun, then I realized I made the investment and had to do it!

                What side? The actual flanged part? The part we are staring at is the Dump side...

                      yea and there are 2 ports for air one on the very top and one the back side by the exhaust inlet

                            Ok, NM I know what he's saying...the side port one is connected to like the compressor housing or some source BEFORE the throttle plate, and the top one is for a boost controller...

                                NO. Leave the top one alone. Put your boost controller inline with the side vacuum port on the wastegate.
