fastest all-motor car in the F/M area

n2o is just a way to increase the oxygen to the engine and cool the intake temps. i'd check on honda-tech for back-up, but i think he would have no problems running 100-150 with good intake and exhaust. couple that with good tires and weight reduction... should get him to mid-low 13s

Fastest all motor car was out of Bismarck about two years ago... 13.0s in a civic hatch.
-
Then do it.

Be pretty sad if he only went mid 13's on a 100-150 shot. Be pretty funny though to see all the parts fly if he did spray 150 though, i say go for it!! Just let me know so i can come watch the carnage.
My old Teg(LS) went 13.0@104 w/ intake, catback and a 65 shot, thats it.

I have a long first gear and also full interior trim. There is another SVT with a cat-back, intake, and exhaust cam gear with a 75 shot running a 13.3

I'd say run the times then post the numbers, not the other way around.

Sure it doesnt, but this guy was on stock tires, stock clutch... If I do ever decide to go with nitrous I wouldnt have stock tires or a stock clutch. The stock clutch is great but is known for fast wear, stock tires arent really geared towards the 1/4 more towards auto-xing. And im sure with minor practice those times would be easily attainable.

Don't mean to be an ass, but just like you're saying IF you went nitrous then you WOULD have an aftermarket clutch, and different tires. It's all hearsay until you own the stuff and do it.
So get it done, and we can all go to the track next year, and show each other what we can do.

if i shot rice juice it isnt all motor no is it

There is another SVT with a cat-back, intake, and exhaust cam gear with a 75 shot running a 13.3No I've been around this game for a lot longer though, and am honestly tired of everyone saying they're gonna do this, they're gonna do that, and my car is gonna run this, and my car is gonna run that. Put some parts on it, tune the fucker, and get it to the track. Quit sayin you're gonna run 13s, 12s, 11s, 10s, 9s, 8s, and dont do anything about it. Show up and race.
Until then dont make "what if" comparisons. There are a few other factors also as to why tuftes integra went 13 flat and troys hatch went 13.3. Power to weight ratio, trans gearing, drivers, and traction. Just because they went 13.0 and 13.3 on 50 and 65 shots doesn't mean you can.

very true gsr, very true.

it's all in how the parts are tuned together, there are guys on honda-tech that run 11+ compression with 100+ n2o.spoolude wrote:

you're not using forced induction, that's what it means
