Knowledgeable person to help start my LS/VTEC

I've been working on my built LS/VTEC for a while now and i can't get it to start. This is my first engine swap in a Honda and my first LS/VTEC. Its already in the car, but i'm sure i'm missing something simple that's causing it to not start.
If anyone in the area is knowledgeable about this kind of thing and confident they can get my car running, either post here or give me a call (701-739-0046). I'm willing to pay for your services. Thanks.

It did start and sputter a few times but then i changed plugs and put the new 3bar map on and it wont do anything now. It does have compression and i know the cam timing is on since TintMasters set it for me like a week and a half ago...

What EMS?? What map is in it?? Do you have spark?? Do you have fuel??
What is it doing?? I could check it out but i won't be around for a month.

Yes its boosted and the 3 bar is wired correctly. Its running Crome, i have spark, i have fuel. It used to sputter and idle around 200rpm, but die once i gave it gas. Now it doesn't even attempt to fire.

well it has been sitting forever so bad gas is likely.
also i would ad maybe your base map is just way the eff off. you never know

wasn't sure about that. That import shit is wasy too complicated for me..
If I cannot work on it with a pair of plyers, a couple screwdrivers, a pipewrench and a bfh I won't touch it.
