It did start and sputter a few times but then i changed plugs and put the new 3bar map on and it wont do anything now. It does have compression and i know the cam timing is on since TintMasters set it for me like a week and a half ago...

What EMS?? What map is in it?? Do you have spark?? Do you have fuel??
What is it doing?? I could check it out but i won't be around for a month.

Yes its boosted and the 3 bar is wired correctly. Its running Crome, i have spark, i have fuel. It used to sputter and idle around 200rpm, but die once i gave it gas. Now it doesn't even attempt to fire.

well it has been sitting forever so bad gas is likely.
also i would ad maybe your base map is just way the eff off. you never know

If I cannot work on it with a pair of plyers, a couple screwdrivers, a pipewrench and a bfh I won't touch it.
