have you ever looked into any of the adhesives they use in autobody. 3m, lord fusor, evercoat and valvoline all make really good products. probly the best would be the evercoat since that one dont take a special gun, just a typical calking gun is all you need.

So a small 16g flows better than a large 16g at 22 psi? It really doesn't matter as it will be out by the end of the year anyways.

Your not following what I am saying. You want your cranking battery as close to your starter as possible. And Chris is right. Get the vehicle up to par and if the battery doesnt fit right, get the right oe fit battery first and THEN wire a second battery back there. Or, you can ignore all that we've been trying to tell you and just do what you want but that alone may not take care of your issues. On a diesel, cranking power is not the only thing you need to worry about.

Quickfuel Echecker. [image: HYT7EAxl.jpg] [image: ht30Fl3l.jpg] I went back the next day actually and tried a different pump - got e60. Went back to the pump from the night before and got e75. I called to ask about it, and they said that the e85 isn't blended at the pump, it's straight from the tank. I think the lower e content samples can be blamed on e10, 20 or 30 in the lines from a previous customer, but I can't explain that e95 sample. I measured it twice.

I decided to go another route. No more fittings needed. There is a steam pipe on the back of my heads that I broke when I took them off. I was considering doing it in an fittings, but I found a replacement for about the same price as replacing it.

Update: Figured out the name of the tuner I had heard - it was Shane@DB Performance. Went to RS anyway due to their specialty in tuning subies. Since the last post I've done a couple things. Swapped the CNT downpipe for a Cobb - higher quality and the cat is in the midpipe section instead of under the TMIC. Added a PTP turbo blanket too. Had some issues with the tune on the dyno, but finally got it figured out over email today. Really happy. Nice and smooth and making tons more power than my re-scaled gas tune. I just wish I had a dyno number to back it up. FWIW (not much) the Cobb AP dyno says 329 awhp & 347 ft-lbs. Seems a bit high to me but nevertheless E85 is the shit.

I have a 1984 nissan 300zx turbo, and I am trying to put an aftermarket boost gage in the place of the stock one in the dash. I have the gage cluster modified and i got it to fit but now I need to get the new cluster to fit in the dash. There is a heater duct right behind it and if I take it out the new cluster fits right in. I need help on how to get the darn duct out it is stuck and I don't know if I am missing something.
