have you ever looked into any of the adhesives they use in autobody. 3m, lord fusor, evercoat and valvoline all make really good products. probly the best would be the evercoat since that one dont take a special gun, just a typical calking gun is all you need.

I own one and there's not much information about them or many active owners on any boards. http://www.g1teg.org/phpbb/index.php Is the best resource I have found for 1g questions. Bottom line is the d16a1 was not specific to the 1g Integra. On top of that this question is not even specific to the motor. It's a general, help my car doesn't sound good kinda question. One doesn't need to be an expert on the d16a1 or even hondas to be able to help troubleshoot. However, honda-tech does have a lot of knowledgable enthusiasts who can probably help you out. Well if he doesn't want to compression test the car because of how it sounds he may as well start taking stuff apart. Take off the valve cover, and check out the head, or have a machine shop inspect it. Like Wes said, I would make the valves one of the first things I would check.

We are doing a buy in w/ Garrett on FMIC cores. Buy in requires 10 core purchase. The majority we will be purchasing will be 1G DSM street and race core setups, but if anyone else is looking for a custom setup for their car, let me know and i can shoot you a price for a core w/ tanks built for your vehicle/setup. The larger core sizes we'll be ordering will be: 24x8x3.5 24x10x3.5 24x12x3.5 They also have setups down to 18x6x3. Im looking to send this order in early next week as we are completly out of DSM setups as it sits now and i am restocking our inventory as we speak. Nick SLS

I had to relocate my battery because it was in the way of my IC pipeing. Also cleaned up the engine bay and gave more room to other things. I say relocate it. It's not time consuming or spendy. Maybe spend $20 and an hour of your time. And it's not going to add that much more weight to the back. Just compensate and gut the trunk and back seats.

Anyway Remote Battery Shutoff Switch, Hella Brand, New http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=4524005361&fromMakeTrack=true There is also a device that detects drain on a car battery and shuts the battery off. Comes with a wireless remote to reset it. I tried searching ebay cant find it. Also target?walmart?kmart? has a solar charger 12 volts with cig lighter adapter, that tickles charges the battery. Check in the car automotive section. That would be a good investment. Under 30 bucks! Check your alternator. Might not be putting out enuff to charge your battery. You might also have a loose connection. Alternators do go bad!

92BlackTT wrote: They are right when they tell you to pick the biggest one you think you will ever want. My advice would be to pick that one..only one step larger! I bought my turbos out of neccesity and eight months later im looking at spending another 3k for the turbos I originally wanted + the supporting mods to handle them. It doesnt matter what you buy, in six months your car will feel slow again and you will want to go bigger... like he said, it will feel slow. I just got my car back a few weeks ago and it already feels slow. I had a 16g on my laser and it felt 5 times faster with the 14b. IMO 16g's suck major wang. I'd hate to see someone else get screwed for the same thing I did.
