have you ever looked into any of the adhesives they use in autobody. 3m, lord fusor, evercoat and valvoline all make really good products. probly the best would be the evercoat since that one dont take a special gun, just a typical calking gun is all you need.

Looks like he's the guy I'll be going to for a tune! Still wondering about the window switch.. I'm new to nitrous and don't know anyone personally that has had it. Can anyone tell me why I'd need a window switch? Get Neptune RTP, it will control everything. You can set it up to control nitrous based on input switches, TPS, Speed, gear, RPM, Load, ECT, IAT, so whenever your set parameters are met, it will turn on the nitrous, and can either run set adjustments that are selectable based on every 1000 rpms (add X amount fuel, pull X amount of timing from normal), or it can switch to completely different fuel and ignition maps and if it goes out of the parameters, it switches back to the standard N/A maps. This is only part of the features, not to mention rev limit by gear, Fuel and/or ignition rev limits, built in immobilizer, etc. Basically its the shit and will do everything you want, and much more. Talk to Blundar, he knows whats up.

I put the 87 rx7 i got back together. It was a fuel pulsation damper that was bad, got a new one. Put it all back together with new seals, gaskets and vacuum lines. Sealed it up really nice. Fired right up and ran perfect for 45 minutes then died for no apparent reason. No start after that. After some screwing around I figured out it was flooded. Cleaned on the cylinders and plugs. Fired up again, ran really rough, could not hold idle. Figured it was just too much fuel in it. Ran it at 2K for a few minutes. Still would not hold idle and had a random miss at low rpm. Ran it about 10 minutes. Noticed it was smoking from the engine, shut her down to see why. Exhaust manifold to the cats were glowing red. Removed cats, 1 pre cat fell apart and was lodged in the other, main cat was half melted. Planned on cat delete anyways. Tried start again, still rough, still miss, still no idle, backfires if you rev it up and let off. Confused as all hell.' Pulled the intake again, checked everything 3 or 4 times. Pulled egr, it was clogged solid with carbon, so not a stuck open egr. Compression test showed excellent so apex and rotor seals seem good. Plugs looked new, fuel pressure good. I noticed the 2 sensors on the air control valve for the emissions were broken, but no big deal being emissions. So I have no idea whats causing it to run so shitty. Going to clean the injectors tomorrow night and put in fresh fuel, since the stuff in the car was a year old.

Sure if he was making the entire rim out of bondo but just a little curb rash come on. JB weld will stick better but bondo would be just fine, I have done both bondo is easier to work with. If its a steel rim that already has a painted finish sanding will work just fine but it'll be a lot more work.

Well doing it in a way that isn't a waste of time isn't cheap, the fittings get expensive quick. You need a catch can that is vented and has a drain back unless you want to drain it yourself. (can run the risk of dumping all your oil into the can and overflowing it or running low on oil). pm me if you interested in this more.

Well I only have two days left and I'd really like to get this running. Anyone else have a couple free minutes to lend their knowledge? I can put a video up too of what it's doing when I try to start it if that would help...
