have you ever looked into any of the adhesives they use in autobody. 3m, lord fusor, evercoat and valvoline all make really good products. probly the best would be the evercoat since that one dont take a special gun, just a typical calking gun is all you need.

It's not worth it. You can get Lt1 fbodys cheap these days and even 98 and 99 Ls1 fbods are going cheap. You can buy any one of these fbodys and spend less money than you would on the swap. If you want details on the swap you can pm me. I know 94ndta also knows alot about 4th gens too.

I use an OBDII tool to scan for timing retard (or correction factor) and adjust it accordingly to run on regular pump gas through another program I have. For those wondering why, the 100oct mapping allows for max potential power from my setup (more aggressive fueling/timing). So I am always in search of the highest octane pump gas around, since I can't justify throwing down ~$80 a tank for the 100; atleast not all the time. When 93/94 oct pump was available to me I swear the car drove smoother; probably just placebo. Oh well, guess I'll deal with the 92 sauce. I'm going to UND, so I'm in GF most of the time for those who asked. You Lie, I think you could afford it....

How much would it cost realisticly to pull 500-600hp from a 429 ford? I have one and i am tempted to put it in my F-150, cause i want to be able to turn some rather large tires (around 40 inch tall or so)

In fact, it's actually a newer udated version of the 60degree GM V6(2.8, 3.1, 3100, 3.4 DOHC, 3400) and it has variable valve timing. They are actually the only cam in block motor with VVT... It would not be hard to make a crossover turbo kit.

My motor was machined and assembled by Payn Technologies in MI the first time around. This last time it was honed and assembled by me and Nate. As far as break in, fuck that. Get it on the dyno after you realize it doesn't have any leaks and let her buck.
