have you ever looked into any of the adhesives they use in autobody. 3m, lord fusor, evercoat and valvoline all make really good products. probly the best would be the evercoat since that one dont take a special gun, just a typical calking gun is all you need.

Probably the hubs. I have an extra set of auto hubs or you can convert to manuals like I did. Well worth it to convert.

There's also a plastic/nylon guide on the top of the radio that runs along a flaty piece of steel. If that's in yours, it's gonna be a fucker to get out as they are pretty snug fitting. Try pulling harder as Jon said. But pull evenly or it wont budge. Also make sure that you are actually collapsing the side catches rather than spreading them further apart. I've seen alot of N00bs do this and end up destrying the radio taking it out. Hope this helps.

Honestly man, just go to joepmbc.com and read up on some of that stuff. I've got the original and it works great! I don't see the point in all these new mbcs. the ball and spring is just fine.

Take apart the block and check out the cylinders to make sure they are ok and then get stock bore vitaras(75mm). Order them from FJT, he is a huge seller on all the forums like d-series, hmt, h-t. Then tuner toys or eagle rods, and then a gasket set from wherever you choose, ARP headstuds, and you are golden.

well i got the rest of the car to work... but the door is so messed up on the other side, wiring wise. Here are the two plugs, car and door... 3 wires do not match up. so i need i wiring diagram for a 96 and 97 First off, the 97 door, extra grounds may be due to it not being wired for a light... 1 2 3 4 A White Purple Grn/Red Grn/Prp B Black(1) Red/Blue Wht/Yel Pink/Yel C Pink/Wht Pink/Grn Wht/Black(2) Yellow D Prp/Red Black Wht/Grn Black(3) Now the 96 car.... Mirror image due to how they connect... 4 3 2 1 A Grn/Prp Grn/Red Purple White B Pink/Yel Wht/Yel Red/Blue Prp/Grn(1) C Yellow Wht/Prp(2) Pink/Grn Pink/White D Prp/Grn(3) Wht/Grn Black Prp/Red Purple/Green i believe is for the light, so if i remove the 2 extra grounds that will sovle that problem, but i dont know about the match up between #2(Wht/prp+Wht/Black). All other lights and windows now work.

I knew if I just kept looking I'd find the right deal. I might need some parts sandblasted (due to rust or corrosion) I want to put in a nice clean turbo system so I wont have to worry about anything breaking/failing on me, anyone want to sandblast my turbo parts?

alot of times they get a misfire code (ckp sensor) because one coil is bad. The primary shorts to the secondary and the PCM gets 40,000 volts. I've seen it 2-3 times (4.7L) could be it andy
